The processed digital print sheets are printed on large-format inkjet printers as views of the sheets from which book models are prepared subsequently. Upon your request we will also prepared digital contract high-end prints for your inspection.
All this process is used as a multi-stage pre-press check in which you, as the customer, can also participate. The approved digital print sheets are then transferred from the company headquarters by means of high-speed data line to the final CTP output in the printing office in Medlov.
Direct exposure of the printing plate (CTP) results in higher quality, shorter production cycle and lower costs. For exposure we use AGFA Galileo VXT equipment enabling production of high quality printing plate with Sublima 340 lpi grid thanks to the principle of purple laser. At the same time PDF data containing CIP3 information are sent to the control system of the printing machine Pressroom Manager.
