All the multi-ink printing machines are connected to the system Prinect Pressroom Manager which enables system control of the whole printing hall thanks to the native communication, repeating of orders from adjusted data (which leads to exact repetition of orders and higher efficiency) and possibility of production monitoring and assessment. This system is most efficient with the use of JDF platform.
The printing capacity of the machines ensures fast printing even for large-volume orders. We are able to print on the paper from the thickness of 0.03 to 1.00 mm, with up to five inks and on-line dispersive varnishing.
Modern operation of our printing office corresponds to all the safety parameters of the production operation and great attention is also paid to the environment protection. We accommodate not only the valid legislation but also the world trends in decreasing of VOC substances to the absolute minimum by means of technology of printing with the minimum content of alcohol and technology of recycling of ECOCLEAN washing solution.
